Defending High Tech Criminal Cases/Use of Digital Images as Evidence - New Mexico State Bar Association
03/30/2007This seminar introduces some of the key technology concepts necessary to defending high tech criminal cases. The use of digital images as evidence will also be discussed, especially in the context of child pornography defense cases.
Legal issue spotting connected to a sophisticated understanding of computers, the internet and digital images will also be discussed.
The materials will include sample briefs, opinions from state and federal courts, articles, image examples and other graphics displaying interlocking case law in this area.
