Defending High Tech Criminal Cases

This two hour seminar will discuss in detail the emerging strategies, briefs, exhibits and appellate issues in high tech child pornography and importuning cases developed by Dean Boland and his office.

These are the strategies being adopted by attorneys across the country in these cases. Many of Dean's students from these seminars have gone on to implement some of these strategies in order to improve their technology and law ability in these cases.
