This seminar predicted the rise of digital images as evidence, problems with the use of that type of evidence, the difficulties prosecutors would face prosecuting such cases, the use of the Internent in sting operations and the rise of new rules of electronic discovery. It also addressed the proper use of comptuer forensics experts in criminal cases. How to prepare those witnesses, how to expose weaknesses in the government's use of such witnesses and other related matters.
