When Science Takes the WItness Stand
12/01/2003Sponsored by the Cuyahoga County Bar Association. This three hour seminar was created by Dean relating to his work with Steve Dever defending the state of Ohio in the civil lawsuit related to the Dr. Sam Sheppard murder case.
Dean prepared the entire electronic evidence presentation for the State of Ohio, identified all the expert witnesses for the state and directed and cross-examined expert witnesses.
The 10 week trial ended in a unanimous victory for the state after only 90 minutes of deliberation.
