Ohio Supreme Court agrees with Dean Boland and orders his client released pending appeal
08/06/2008...researched, prepared and filed a motion advocating that his client be released on bond pending appeal to the Supreme Court of Ohio especially because of his client's likelihood of success on appeal. Today, the court issued an order granting that motion. The client will be returning home to his family within 10 days following the posting of a reasonable bond.
